The Lash Club – Terms & Conditions

 

By booking an appointment with The Lash Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and the best experience for all clients.

 

 

1. Appointments & Bookings

    •    All bookings must be made through Book In Beautiful.

    •    Appointment confirmations will be sent automatically once your booking is secured.

    •    Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time may be reduced, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. The full service price will still apply.

    •    The Lash Club reserves the right to refuse service if policies are repeatedly broken or if lateness disrupts the schedule.

 

 

2. Payments

    •    Cash only. No bank transfers, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

    •    All prices are clearly listed on The Lash Club’s official booking platform and are subject to change at any time.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    •    A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    •    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge.

    •    No-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

    •    Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in being refused future bookings.

 

 

4. Infills

    •    You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining for an infill appointment.

    •    Anything less than 50% will be charged as a full set.

 

 

5. Fixes & Refunds

    •    Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

    •    If you are unhappy with your lashes, please contact The Lash Club within 48 hours of your appointment to arrange a complimentary fix.

    •    Fixes requested after 48 hours will be charged accordingly.

 

 

6. Patch Tests & Allergies

    •    Patch tests are not routinely required, as the adhesive used at The Lash Club does not require pre-testing.

    •    Please note that patch tests do not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur, as sensitivities can develop at any time — even after previous tolerance.

    •    If you have known allergies or highly sensitive eyes/skin, please inform The Lash Club before your appointment so adjustments can be made.

    •    The Lash Club is not responsible for allergic reactions that occur during or after treatment.

 

 

7. Client Responsibility

    •    Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.

    •    Failure to do so may result in reduced appointment time or an additional cleaning fee.

    •    Please disclose any medical conditions, eye infections, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

 

 

8. Aftercare

    •    Aftercare advice will be provided following your appointment.

    •    Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity.

    •    The Lash Club is not responsible for lash loss or retention issues resulting from improper aftercare.

 

 

9. Photography & Social Media

    •    The Lash Club may take photos or videos of your lashes for social media and portfolio use.

    •    If you do not wish for your photos to be used, please notify your lash artist before your appointment.

 

 

10. Right to Refuse Service

    •    The Lash Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

    •    Displays rude or inappropriate behaviour,

    •    Repeatedly cancels last minute or fails to show up,

    •    Or fails to comply with salon policies.

 

 

11. Agreement

 

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you:

    •    Have read and understood all terms, policies, and information provided.

    •    Accept full responsibility for your lash extensions and aftercare.

    •    Consent to treatment carried out by The Lash Club.
